{"id":3687,"date":"2023-01-16T18:47:14","date_gmt":"2023-01-16T23:47:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fisioterapiaenplaya.com\/?p=3687"},"modified":"2023-01-18T10:47:31","modified_gmt":"2023-01-18T15:47:31","slug":"5-ejercicios-para-mejorar-tu-postura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fisioterapiaenplaya.com\/it\/5-ejercicios-para-mejorar-tu-postura\/","title":{"rendered":"5 esercizi per migliorare la postura"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Una buena postura corporal no s\u00f3lo te ayuda a prevenir lesiones y molestias frecuentes, sino tambi\u00e9n, incrementa tu auto-confianza, favorece el aspecto f\u00edsico y te ayuda a ganar elegancia, ademas que evita dolores de espalda, la aparici\u00f3n de la joroba, futuras molestias en la zona lumbar, dolor cervical y la hipercifosis dorsal (conocida tambi\u00e9n como espalda encorvada).<\/p>\n<p>Si se deseas mejorar la postura, hay que tener en cuenta la columna vertebral, ya que esta tiene tres curvaturas: en el cuello, en la espalda media y en la espalda baja. Una posici\u00f3n correcta mantiene esas tres curvas, pero no las aumenta. Para lograrlo la cabeza debe estar erguida sobre los hombros y estos \u00faltimos deben alinearse con las caderas.<\/p>\n<p>Existen ejercicios de pocos minutos que, hechos de manera correcta y habitualmente, pueden ayudar a mantener una postura correcta.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>EJERCICIO 1 : LA POSTURA DEL NI\u00d1O<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><a style=\"margin-right: 50px;\" href=\"https:\/\/fisioterapiaenplaya.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3688 alignnone\" debe inclinar el torso hacia adelante y llevar los brazos estirados hacia el<\/li>\n<li>Realizar este ejercicio tanto en las ma\u00f1anas como en las noches durante 5 minutos, es lo m\u00e1s recomendable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>EJERCICIO<\/strong> <strong>2: POSTURA GATO-VACA<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fisioterapiaenplaya.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/2.jpg\"><img inhalar profundamente, se curva la parte baja de la espalda y se levanta la cabeza, se abre el<\/li>\n<li>Con la exhalaci\u00f3n, la cabeza baja, el abdomen se retrae y la columna se arquea (imitando a los gatos cuando se estiran).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>EJERCICIO<\/strong> <strong>3: ELEVACI\u00d3N DE PELVIS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><a 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Para fortalecer la espalda baja solo se debe estar acostado con los brazos al costado del cuerpo y manteniendo las rodillas<\/li>\n<li>Se debe elevar la pelvis suavemente al mismo tiempo que se contrae el Los apoyos claves para no perder el equilibrio ser\u00e1n los pies y la parte superior de la espalda.<\/li>\n<li>Es recomendable que la elevaci\u00f3n se mantenga durante al menos 20 segundos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>EJERCICIO<\/strong> <strong>4: POSTURA DE LA COBRA<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><a
